A Complete Workout in 30 Minutes
The Curves Workout program provides all five of the components of a complete fitness program (warm-up, aerobic exercise, strength training, cool down and stretching) in just 30 minutes. The exercise equipment at Curves is designed for women. It is easy to learn and uses hydraulic resistance rather than cumbersome weight stacks. You push, then pull, rather than lift and lower weights. This reduces the potential for soreness and injury.
There are no fixed classes that you have to build a schedule around and no appointments are necessary. You can workout whenever you want and as often as you want.
Curves appeals to women of all ages and fitness levels. Located on the ground floor in a modern business complex (less than 3 years old), this Curves facility provides members a bright, clean environment. Driving to the location is very easy with controlled exits and access to Highway 200 (the main highway to Puerto Vallarta). Ample on-street parking is available right at the door.
In addition to the standard 16 station workout circuit, 4 additional stations are included. A shower is available for the use of members. The convenient location makes it easy to fit your workout into the rest of your busy schedule.
