Our newly decorated home sleeps 8 comfortably with four bedrooms and 3 baths.

The kitchen is fully equipped with place settings for twelve. If you like to BBQ we have a large Weber kettle BBQ on the balcony. We have 3 color TV's, 2 VCR's, cable, DVD and a stereo with CD player.

Las Gaviotas is a guard-gated community overlooking the Pacific coastline. We have an Olympic-sized pool, Jacuzzi & tennis court.

If you like golf there are two course less than 30 minutes from us. Did I forget to mention that we have our own private beach!

This is a wonderful little getaway for the entire family.

Nightly rental rates: $350.00

Mid September - May Two night minimum with the exception of holidays they may be up to 4 night minimum.

Weekly rental rates: $2,400.00
June - Mid September Friday - Friday

Security deposit: $350.00

The security deposit is refundable once we have confirmed that everything is in order and that no fines were given See Rules. The rules document must be printed signed and mailed back with your deposit. To hold a reservation we require a 50% of the total due. We only except cashier checks only made payable to Candy Marshall. The balance is due at least 21 days prior to your first night. Again no personal checks please. The keys and entrance passes are mailed upon receipt of this final payment.
