Welcome to THE BAJA EXPERIENCE. We rent Beach Houses in Punta Banda, Ensenada. The beach houses are beautiful homes on a six mile sandy beach. They each have different attributes and amenities and can comfortably accommodate all different requirements. Unlike other rental agencies, we provide our clientele with beach toys and advise.

The small town of Punta Banda is about 35 minutes south of Ensenada off the road to La Bufadora. All the homes we rent are off an easily traveled road between the Estero and the Pacific Ocean. The homes are private, insuring the beach is never crowded. Typically, you will see only one or 2 families in front of the homes during prime season so you can really enjoy your space.

It is a quiet, safe community where you should come to relax and watch nature. This community remains unspoiled and as a result nature abounds. The big sky at night is perfect for stargazing with the Milky Way being visible most nights and you can watch the lights of Ensenada. It is a spectacular sight to behold.

During the day, you can watch the dolphins (right from your windows) swim in one direction in the morning hours and as evening approaches swim back. All kinds of birds are on the beach making it perfect for bird watchers. And the surf fishing in front of the house is amazing.

And of course, what can we say about the beach. There is no real surf break. The waves are further out and great for boogie boarding and beginners surfing. We are the only rental company on the beach that provides surfboards and boogie boards to our guests, free of charge, just to enhance your stay.

Children can be found at the shore, safely building sand castles with sand toys that we also provide. We hope this is a family event since we run a yearly sand castle contest. The grand prize is a free return trip. We have 2 houses occupied this summer with last year's winners.

Now, if you want some more activity, then plan a day trip to Ensenada or a winery tour, some golfing, or a day fishing trip. How about horseback-riding in front of the house on the beach? Unlike other rental agents, we have a property manager who lives in one of the homes and is available to you to address any of your concerns and answer any questions.
